Pam has been a member of the finance community for over 25 years.  She began her career in Jacksonville, Florida working in the finance department of a local bank. She returned home to Atlanta where she worked in the commercial loan department with the People’s Bank. Pam became familiar with local builders through her work at the bank and decided to focus her career in the mortgage banking business. She joined HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation in 1997 as sales assistant to one of the top producers in the company. In 1999, Pam decided to venture out on her own as a loan officer. Her first year as a loan officer produced outstanding results being named to Mortgage Originator Magazine’s top 100 Rookie Originators. Pam was recognized throughout her 10 year career with HomeBanc as one of the top producers in the Gwinnett branch and the company, being named as a member of the Achiever’s Club 5 consecutive years. In 2006, Pam, along with her husband Gene, joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, the largest residential mortgage lender in America and Atlanta.
Gene began his career in the mortgage banking business with HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation in the fall of 1998. He has focused his attention on new construction and first time homebuyers. In 2001, Gene teamed up with his brother, Greg Clements, and together they closed over 900 loans totaling more than 100 million dollars. Gene has worked as an Operations Manager and as a Corporate Sales trainer so he is familiar with all aspects on the mortgage business. He partnered with Pam in 2006 at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and continues to focus on helping first time homebuyers achieve their dream of homeownership.
